Chicken Salad

1-6oz can Chicken
1 tsp light mayo
3 oz Carb master vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Chopped grapes
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper – add to taste
May also add chopped red onion for flavor

Iceburg or Romaine Lettuce leafs, to roll chicken mixture in.

Preparation

Mix above ingedients together and serve on lettuce. So Good! This was a HUGE hit at our open house!
